As March marched on,there are first sights of spring 2009 in my yard. The Daffodils have started blooming but its been raining a lot these days. I know they say...
"April showers bring in May flowers!

I shot this picture at the Bridge of Flowers last year. Was a tough shot to get as the bees were constantly buzzing and moving around and the height of the plant wasnt helping at all either. Just put in one more picture on the flickr page. Need to upload the rest soon. Awaiting the blooming of Cherry Blossoms, Tulips and Daffodils in my yard.
Eagerly awaiting spring. :)

Animal Kingdom,Disney Florida

Spent an entire day @ the Animal Kingdom and it was really a lot of fun. We went first thing in the morning and got the Fast Passes for the Kilimanjaro Safari and it was one wild and bumpy ride. We thoroughly enjoyed spotting flamingos by the pond, Rhinos,Giraffes, Lion (The King of the Jungle was taking his afternoon nap, so we didnt really see his face), Tigers,Elephants and so many many other animals. Animal Kingdom is a kewl place with Asia and Africa. They had the whole friends of the animal thing which the little brat enjoy doing and we wandered all around Animal kingdom to get it stamped. The parade was enjoyable and we got to shake hands with the characters as they walked by and also collected some souvenirs for the scrapbook.
Caught the Festival of the Lion King and then also met Mickey Mouse there. Tired after all the little Treks (Maharaja Jungle Trek, Panchgani Forest Trail) and all the excitement , calling it a day, we finally headed home.

First of the few posts from my Disney Trip.

Day 1 was spent in Magic Kingdom. It was just too beautiful. We ended up meeting Donald (twice) and also rode the Goofy's roller coaster and also ate a mickey waffle, watched the parade. watched fireworks at night and well did a lot of stuff at Magic Kingdom, only to come back for more soon.Personally I enjoyed the Pirates of the Carribean thing and the fireworks at Cinderella's castle.

Fall colors in Vermont

Had been to a cabin of a friend's in Vermont for a day. Boy! was it gorgeous up there. Made my stops on the Mohawk Trail to get there.
There was a private lake in the neighbour's back yard..and well it couldnt get more beautiful believe me.

New England is the place to be. Looking forward to next fall.
