Recently visited a rose garden called elizabeth park rose garden. It looked really beautiful with so many gazebos and so many arches all covered with roses. I wish I had been there in Mid June to see this beautiful place in full bloom. They have concert series going on right now and I got to listen to some songs.

A rose is a rose is a rose..any one figured that out yet??huh!!

sunset in fall!

sunset, originally uploaded by picpriya.

The autumn's sunset is what I like the best of all. The sky is painted with different hues of orange, red and blue. Its like a fire game out there. With the reddish orange sun just about calling it a day the sky spews vibrant shades of dusk.
These are a couple of pics I took at dusk and well thought would share it with ya all. am following this one up with my previous post, my poem on fall!

Serenity!

As the gentle touch of raindrops
embraces me...
A mild breeze blows
trying to leave no traces.

With the soft trickle of water
in the little brook...
I could hear the secret whispers
of the trees as they shook...

With the soft rustle of leaves
under my feet...
As the beautiful colors of fall
chase away the heat...

I took a walk in the woods!

Weekend Visit! Flowers Galore.

The Berkshire Botanical Garden
Originally uploaded by digijinx.
I had been to visit the Berkshire Botanical Garden in Stockbridge. It was absolutely amazing. The roses werent many and i learned quite a few tongue twister botanical names of the flowers there(which i obviously dont remember now! google and find out or go grab ur botany book!) the city as such is filled with lots of wonders. They just let you saunter along the garden once you pay the admission fee. I spent close to three hours there. its a nice place for quiet time just for yourself. I often like to get away like this and get my own time. its lotsafun. there were flowers galore . and to add to the fun just as i ws ready to leave, i spotted a brown rabbitt having its evening snack. i just sat there watching the rabbitt eat away the grass and leaves and realized it ws time i started. must visit the NewYork Botanical Gardens sometime. Its supposed to be really beautiful. neways thats another time and place.

Krrish!

I had been to watch the movie last week. Hrithik's dancing is as usual
too good. Priyanka Chopra looks really ravishing. The graphics in the movie are ok
but the storyline is too much. If it had a stronger storyline with some real punch to it
there is no doubt the movie would have done better. But am guessing the movie is already a big hit!
Rekha as Dadima has portrayed her role well.
It is of course considered part 2 of Koi Mil gaya and am sure they would go on
making another sequel to it.The music is ok.
Naseeruddin Shah has given a good performance, the way he reads headline news is too funny!
He always does justice to his role, there is no doubt about that. But then again they waste his talents!
With the man of steel returning to the theatres, this movie makes you wonder a lot.

Just Imagine!
