C.H.A.N.G.E

C.H.A.N.G.E
Yes it is difficult to go through change. I am particularly talking about the kind of change that you did not initiate, it is this unwelcome change that disrupts your life. It is painful as there is so much chaos and the fear of the unknown and it is totally kicking you out of your comfort zone.  It's hard to focus, to do anything till you can ground yourself. Its hard to see if the light at the end of
that tunnel is just light or a freaking freight train coming towards
you. You are constantly second guessing your decisions and there is a 24x7 PNN
channel(Paranoia News Network) running in the back of your mind, that
you can never seem turn off (no matter how hard you try). Until you
actually see things starting to shape up for the better and have
something tangible, its hard to believe that this change is for the
good.
Maybe no one can empathize with what you are going through (to an extent maybe, but I think its always to each his own in times like these) but everyone has gone through something similar or different (an definite oxymoron)that affected them and shook them to their core. Just the fact that, they are there for you , to listen to your rants, to lend a shoulder to cry on, to talk to you and share their experience, their vote of confidence , makes a huge difference and gives you a lot of support and helps build your confidence.
I personally feel you derive a lot of strength from this support system. You have to go through the whole process to pick yourself up. It can't be rushed. A little nudge from family and friends to help you speed up the process doesn't hurt either.
Quoting one of my friends, "There is something better out there and that better will be different for everyone.  It will eventually find its way to you."  This amazing support of family and friends and your network helps you navigate this craziness.Yes it is difficult to go through change but better things are out there and your support system keeps you strong and motivated.
Always remember count your blessings. "If nothing ever changed...there would be no BUTTERFLIES!"
